Do I need prior experience in real estate? Nope! We'll guide you step-by-step. If you're organized and detail-oriented, you're already ahead of the game!

Are there any prerequisites?Just basic computer skills and a willingness to learn. We'll handle the rest!

Will this work for my state? Absolutely! The process is similar nationwide. With a few minor things (I go over inside the Bootcamp), this will work regardless of the state you live in.

Do I need a real estate license to be a TC? Generally, no. As long as you are not doing any "licensed activities," A couple of states require it, but don't let that stop you. How much money can I expect to make as a TC? Great question. There are a few factors here. What you'll charge and how many transactions you'll process each month. It's not uncommon for TCs to close 20,30,40+ transactions each month. Some do double those numbers. If you charge $400 per transaction and close 20 that equals $8000 a month. Here's the thing...I can't promise anyone those results because it's all dependent on you and what you put into it. This is not a get-rich-quick kind of business but if you focus and dedicate yourself to doing what I show you to do and learn as much as you can the sky's the limit.
